Evaluation Report Info: each report is uniquely identified by report number with the dates of issuance, revision & expiration.
QR Code: Keystone Evaluation Reports are easily linked to labeling, marketing or other technical documentation for retrieval via smartphone or internet.
CSI Division Number: specifies the product type as designated by the Construction Specification Institute’s Masterformat system.
Program Licensee: the corporate name of the report holder, which may include a single manufacturer or association of multiple manufacturers producing the identical product, each such manufacturer is named in Section 7 Licensed Manufacturing Facilities, and is subject to Keystone periodic inspection.
Certified Roof Covering: a brief description of the certified roof covering product and the evaluated roof system design.
Scope of Certification: Lists the building codes and revision years for which the roof system has been evaluated for conformance, and the relevant properties evaluated.
Qualified Roof System Description: A concise description of the certified roof covering material, profile/dimensions, and coating specifications, as well as the evaluated roof deck, anchorage, underlayment and flashing with applicable code section references.
Installation:includes general and specific referenced code requirements. Digital versions include hyperlinks to the Manufacturers Installation Instructions to help the inspector ensure the roof covering is installed as qualified and in accordance with referenced code requirements.
Performance and Limitations of Use: describes the performance characteristics and limitations of the subject roof system as required by the referenced building codes.
Conditions of Use: describes any specia considerations based on the roof covering type.
Licensed Manufacturing Facilities:lists the facilities that are qualified to produce the subject roof covering, based on Keystone Metal Roof Certification & Listing Program licensure. Each listed facility is subject to strict quality management system requirements and conformance is verified by periodic inspection.
Identification: specifies how the metal roof coverings qualified by the Report are identified, for inspector verification.
