NFRC IA Services Program Policy Update Notice
Keystone Certifications has updated its NFRC IA Services Program Policy (POL B2-01), Revision 7. Acknowledgement of this policy update is required. The updated policy document is available through the Client Portal at Keystone's website after logging into your company's Dashboard.

- Added reference to new Procedure PRO B-15 for inspections
Record Management (Section 4.17)
- Implemented new record retention requirements per Procedure PRO A1-14
Certification Transfers (Section 4.4.1.1.1)
- Modified language regarding Quality Manual requirements during transfers
- Approved Quality Manuals no longer required until the first inspection post-transfer
Inspection and Issuance Procedures
- Added references to PRO B2-04 for SB Inspections
- Added references to PRO B2-05 for SB Certification Issuance
Administrative Updates (Section 5)
- Created new "References" section table
