Quality Assurance Policy Change Notice
Keystone Certifications has updated its Quality Assurance Program Policy (POL C1-01), Revision 19. The current policy and related documents are available through the customer portal after login.
Major Policy Changes
Technical & Inspection Updates
- Function Check Device Calibration modifications
- Remote Inspection Requirements, including ICT and measuring device specifications
- Inspection Report requirements aligned with ISO/IEC 17020 and ANAB AR2252 standards
Administrative Changes
- Document retention timeframe extended to five years
- Rescheduling inspection fee procedures added
- Licensure termination requirements revised
- "Specifying Agency" requirements modified
Scope & Reference Expansions
- Broadened scope per ANAB requirements
- Added references to internal quality and competency policies
