Quality Assurance Policy Change Notice

Keystone Certifications has updated its Quality Assurance Program Policy (POL C1-01), Revision 19. The current policy and related documents are available through the customer portal after login.

Major Policy Changes

Technical & Inspection Updates

  • Function Check Device Calibration modifications
  • Remote Inspection Requirements, including ICT and measuring device specifications
  • Inspection Report requirements aligned with ISO/IEC 17020 and ANAB AR2252 standards

Administrative Changes

  • Document retention timeframe extended to five years
  • Rescheduling inspection fee procedures added
  • Licensure termination requirements revised
  • "Specifying Agency" requirements modified

Scope & Reference Expansions

  • Broadened scope per ANAB requirements
  • Added references to internal quality and competency policies
