Positions We Hire For

Field Inspector

Field Inspectors conduct on-site audits and inspections at manufacturing facilities to verify compliance with certification program requirements. This is a salaried position that requires travel approximately every four weeks to client locations throughout the United States and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unannounced factory inspections
  • Verify product labeling and quality control procedures
  • Review manufacturing documentation and test records
  • Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
  • Communicate with manufacturers about compliance requirements
  • Collect product samples for verification testing when required

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection roles
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to travel regularly, approximately every four weeks
  • Familiarity with building products, fenestration, or related industries preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally
  • Minimum of two years of post-secondary education

Certification Validator

Certification Validators review test reports, technical documentation, and product data to ensure compliance with certification standards. This is an hourly, sedentary position that involves working closely with manufacturers and testing laboratories to validate product certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate test reports from accredited laboratories
  • Verify product configurations and certification scope
  • Maintain certification databases and product listings
  • Process certification applications and renewals
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on documentation requirements
  • Stay current on certification standards and program updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field preferred
  • Experience with technical documentation review
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of certification standards (NFRC, NAFS, AAMA, etc.) a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Minimum of two years of post-secondary education
