AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440 Published
AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440, the 2026 North American Fenestration Standard (NAFS) for windows, doors, and skylights, has been published. This edition supersedes the 2022 edition.
Mandatory Secondary Designator Values
A major change is that secondary designator values are now mandatory on product labels and test reports. They must state:
- Positive design pressure
- Negative design pressure
- Water-penetration-resistance test pressure
This update improves consumer clarity and visibility into pressure and water-intrusion performance, especially in coastal and hurricane-prone regions.
